1. Services

The Glam Canvas provides professional makeup, hairstyling, beauty consultation, and related services for bridal, party, fashion, editorial, commercial, and personal occasions.

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue any service without prior notice where necessary.

2. Booking Confirmation
 

• A booking shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed advance payment.

• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The balance amount shall be payable before or immediately upon completion of the service.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests shall be subject to availability.

• Cancellation by the client may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

• In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.

4. Product Usage Disclaimer

The Glam Canvas uses products sourced from reputed manufacturers and authorized suppliers.

However:

• We are not the manufacturer of the cosmetic or skincare products used.

• We do not alter or manufacture such products.

• The performance of cosmetic products varies depending upon individual skin type, allergies, medical conditions, environmental factors, and personal sensitivities.

Accordingly, The Glam Canvas makes no guarantee that every product shall suit every individual.

5. Patch Test and Allergy Responsibility

Clients are strongly advised to disclose:

​

• allergies,

• skin disorders,

• medical conditions,

• pregnancy,

• ongoing dermatological treatments,

• medications,

• cosmetic procedures,

• or any known sensitivity.

If a client declines a patch test or fails to disclose relevant information, the service shall be deemed to have been undertaken at the client's own informed risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

The Glam Canvas shall not be liable for:

​

• allergic reactions,

• skin irritation,

• rashes,

• acne,

• infections,

• pigmentation changes,

• or any adverse cosmetic outcome arising from undisclosed medical history, individual skin sensitivity, counterfeit products unknowingly supplied through the market chain, or misuse of products after service.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the particular service.

No liability shall arise for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

7. Client Declaration

By booking our services, the client confirms that:

• all information provided is true and complete;

• they have voluntarily chosen to undergo the makeup service;

• they understand that cosmetic products may react differently on different skin types;

• they accept that no cosmetic procedure can guarantee identical results.
