Booking Confirmation:
Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment. The booking amount secures your reserved date and time and allows us to allocate resources exclusively for your service.
Cancellation Policy:

Booking advances are non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing by The Glam Canvas.

Any cancellation by the client may result in forfeiture of the advance amount, as the reserved slot is held exclusively for the client.

In exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered at the sole discretion of The Glam Canvas.
Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

A booking may be rescheduled only upon confirmation from The Glam Canvas.

Multiple or last-minute rescheduling requests may require an additional booking amount or may be treated as a cancellation.
Late Arrival:
Clients arriving significantly later than their scheduled appointment time may receive a reduced service duration or may be required to reschedule, depending on the availability of our schedule. Additional charges may apply where necessary.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice shall be treated as a No-Show, and the booking amount shall stand forfeited.
Cancellation by The Glam Canvas:
In the rare event that a service must be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment or an appropriate solution.
